We grade every piece on a five-tier scale, from [M] Museum Quality (exceptional, little to no visible wear) down to [C] Fair (noticeable wear, still functional and display-worthy). The exact rank and a full description are listed on every product page, so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.

Yes — photos are taken to accurately represent each piece, and we encourage you to review them closely, as they form part of the item's description. If you have questions about a specific detail, message us before purchasing.

Local Calgary orders enjoy complimentary courier delivery, coordinated directly with you for drop-off timing. For all other orders, please allow 1–2 business days for fulfillment. Domestic orders within Canada arrive within 2–5 business days via express shipping with full tracking.

Yes — we currently ship to the United States with full tracking, typically arriving within 4–7 business days. For other international destinations, please contact us before purchasing so we can arrange a bespoke shipping quote.
